I got the role of coder. I think I'm good at this role because Greg said it's kind of complicated so I should do it. We had a some disagreements on our team page but we resolved the problem by working them out together. I look forward to seeing the finished product of our game. I think that it will be kind of weird playing a game that our team created. Our inspiration was the challenge of baseball.

Paper Prototyping Reflection

This past week was a little bit challenging but we got it under control. We had to make paper prototypes for our games that we made. It took some time but we did it. I think that our game should be fine and that it should turn out pretty good. I think that the most challenging part of this week was making the video.

Team Expectations

Our team name is Team BLACK. I had a good idea about how the game would have worked and how it was set up. I think that Greg will be a good manager and a designer. We think that Hunter will do good in sounds and graphics. Were going to focus on volume. Yes, we all agreed on volume. I think that I'm going to try to be the artist. I think that Greg and Hunter are good at finding resources and I feel alright in Flash. Everyone is going to be fine on what they do. It might take some time doing the game but, it will be a lot of fun.

Game Idea Reflection

I learned how to upload a file onto my Wiki. I learned how to changed the font color and the Size of text on Flash. Once we figured out how to upload files on our Wiki, it was easy. It took some time to figure out but as we figured it out, it got a lot easier. The thing I'm most excited about making the game is getting to work with my friends and designing the game. I think that making the game will be a little hard but fun.

Games We Play

I play sports games in my spare time at home or whenever I have free time. I like to play sports games because I like to play sports and there fun.The sports games I play are similar to the ones on here because they are fun and challenging.

Mini Game Project

The last two days of class were pretty easy. The mini game was easy to do when you follow directions. It's fun once you know what your doing. The second day was a little more difficult though. It was kind of confusing putting in the actions. Testing the games was easy to do. So far we have 3-4 layers. When we had to put in the collision action in the action script was a little hard but we got it. The action window is usually where all of it takes place. Now, the game works. The collision works the counting works and the speed works. The whole game is working fine.

Intro to Flash

I read the Introduction to Flash. It says how to download graphics and animation programs. Some of the comments said that it was kind of confusing but fun to learn. The intro talks about how to add layers and different things to the games. It also shows how to add motion layers to the game as well. It seems pretty advanced. I think it will be fun doing the game but i also think that it will be confusing as well.

Blogs I Followed

I chose these blogs because, I thought that they could help me more than the other blogs I saw. These blogs will help me learn more about volume. I think that these blogs are better than others because, they were more descriptive, they had more facts about volume, and they showed some images about volume. I think that these blogs should help out more people because, they showed alot of easy ways to do volume and they also are pretty easy to follow.

Social Issue Review

Yesterday, we looked over different social issues. We gave examples of the different types of issues around the world. Economy, poverty, health, and education were examples of some of the types of issues that are occurring. Prices, investments, and the environment are some more examples of social issues. These issues are happening every day. Most of the games I played concentrated on all of these types of social issues. Poverty, health care, and nutrition were the main issues in the games that I had played. All of the games were all based on the social issues happening all over the world. Now economy is a big issue in the United States. The economy isn't very good these days.
